This month we will have some new tunnel equipment being delivered and installed at some sites in your districts. I am sending this out now to keep you informed so that when it comes time we are all prepared and can plan for it ahead of time. In addition to the tunnel equipment, Air Lift doors will be getting delivered at each location this week but you won’t need to worry about unloading them; Sonny’s is sending a crew over this morning to go from site to site to do that. We are still working on a game plan for how they want to approach installing these so when I have more information I will let you know.
The sites receiving tunnel equipment and expected delivery dates are as follows:
Maysville 7-6-26 (Tire shine brushes)
Ashland 7-8-26 (Blowers and tire shine brushes)
Hal Greer 7-10-26 (Blowers and tire shine brushes)
Teays Valley 7-13-26 (Blowers and tire shine brushes)
Crosslanes 7-15-26 (Blowers)
Currently the plan is for the install crew to be on site on each of these dates to receive the delivery, and then immediately start installing the equipment. I will be arranging for a fork lift to be on site to unload the equipment so no one will need to worry about that. These sites will have to remain closed for the day for each install. Most if not all should be able to be completed that same day, if for some reason they can’t they will have it completed the following day so we can reopen.
